The 82 series mini in-line filter adopts a compact, cost-effective design and a durable stainless steel structure, which can be used for various short-distance applications. Due to its small size, the S82 series can provide excellent precision protection for filter applications where space is limited.
The inlet and outlet ports can be selected according to preferences, and the 3B filter also provides special ports for custom applications. The filter discs in the S82 series can be sintered stainless steel or woven wire mesh. Devices with wire mesh disks can be easily cleaned by backwashing with a suitable solvent, and each device has arrows to easily guide the user through the flow direction.
The 83 and 84 series of in-line filters are available in 303, 316 and 17-4 stainless steel, can withstand working pressures up to 30,000 psi, and can be used in a variety of gas and liquid applications. The 3B filter's 8100 series ultra-mini T-strainer is made of stainless steel and weighs only 2.5 pounds. The size of the 8100 series is 2 inches x 3.75 inches, with a 1/4-inch national pipe thread taper (NPT) port, and a working pressure of 10,000 psi.
The 8500 series is a T-strainer made of stainless steel and aluminum that can withstand working pressures up to 6,000psi and flow rates up to 50gpm. They have NPT or SAE ports and can be equipped with visual or electronic differential pressure indicators. The filter element can be cellulose, microglass, sintered metal or woven wire mesh.
The 8600 series is a T-shaped high-pressure filter assembly that can withstand working pressures up to 40,000 psi. The housing can be made of 303, 316 or 17-4 stainless steel and has M/P or NPT ports, depending on the pressure required. They can be equipped with visual or electronic differential pressure indicators. The filter element can be microglass, sintered metal or woven wire mesh.
The 8700 series is a T-strainer assembly that can withstand working pressures up to 30,000 psi. The shell is made of aluminum or stainless steel, and can have NPT, M/P or H/P ports according to the required working pressure. Similar to the 82 series, the 88 series provides a cost-effective and compact filter with the additional function of easy replacement of the filter element. The filter discs in the S88 series can be sintered stainless steel or woven wire mesh. Devices with wire mesh discs can be easily cleaned by backwashing with a suitable solvent.
When a variety of micron-level components are required, the 88 series unit is an ideal choice for test benches. Special materials are available upon request, but standard units can provide cost-effective filters for applications such as pneumatic systems, laboratories, instrumentation, and hydraulic systems. The 8900 and 9000 series are well suited for general low pressure filtration applications. The standard filter head is cast aluminum, and there is a specially treated stainless steel head that can be used in corrosive environments, such as offshore oil rigs. Precision filter disc
For areas that are too small for conventional or micro filters, precision filter discs are a suitable alternative to protect equipment from contamination.
